Who we are

What we collect

We collect information only when you choose to submit it through a form on this site:

• Your name and phone number
• Your email address, if you provide one
• The property address or general area of the project, if you provide it
• The service you selected, property type and preferred contact method
• Your project description and any photo you choose to attach
• Technical information needed to protect the form from abuse: a one-way irreversible hash of your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, and the time of submission

We do not ask for or want payment card details, government identifiers, or any sensitive personal information through this website.

Why we collect it

Information submitted through the estimate or contact form is used to respond to your request, prepare a free estimate, and communicate with you about the project you described. The technical information above is used solely to detect and limit automated or abusive submissions.

Consent and withdrawing consent

Submitting a form requires your consent to be contacted about that request. Consent to be contacted about your project is kept separate from any optional promotional messages — we do not add you to a marketing list because you requested an estimate. You may withdraw consent at any time by telling us by phone or WhatsApp, and we will stop contacting you and delete your submission on request.

Canadian anti-spam (CASL)

Any commercial electronic message we send will identify Expert65 Construction, provide our contact information, and offer a way to tell us to stop. Requesting an estimate does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

Storage, retention and deletion

Submissions are stored in a secured cloud database and, if you attach a photo, in private cloud file storage that is not publicly accessible. We keep submissions only as long as needed to respond to your request and to keep normal business records of work discussed or performed. We have not set a fixed retention period; you may ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information is processed by the hosting and cloud database providers that run this website on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

Automated decision-making and AI

This website does not use artificial intelligence or automated decision-making to evaluate you, score your request, or decide anything about your project. Every submission is reviewed by a person. Automated checks are used only to block spam and abusive submissions.

Security and breach notification

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and validated on our server. Uploaded photos are stored privately. No system is completely secure, but if a breach of security safeguards involving your information creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable Canadian privacy law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or business practices change. The current version always appears on this page.
